In 1990 Evgen Utkin founded and headed hi-tech company Kvazar-Micro (now KM Core).
In 2005 “Citronics” Company acquired 51% of “Kvazar-Micro” Company. In 2006 Evgen Utkin was appointed as a President of “Citronics”. Under his guidance the company launched its first IPO at the London Stock Exchange raising the market capital of $2 bln and became the largest high tech company in Eastern Europe.
