There is a stereotype that Ukraine’s agricultural sector is not modern and not receptive to innovation. We want to challenge this myth in the world arena and present new and successful projects to international investors. Ukraine is a unique platform for new technologies. We have largest progressive and open-to-cooperation holdings, a strong staffing base of technical specialists, interesting and successful startups, and, of course, the positive dynamics of the agri-tech industry. We intend to showcase all of this to the international community and start a dialogue with investors

In addition, Executive Director of Industrial Milk Company and President of the Ukrainian Agribusiness Club Alex Lissitsa noted that in 2017, the Ukrainian agricultural sector held leading positions in the export of products and services worth more than $17 billion, but, according to him, the issue concerns raw materials.

That’s why investment in agricultural innovations is extremely important and necessary, since it will help provide high-tech services around the world, and agri-tech exports alone will reach more than $5 billion in the next 5-7 years,

The World Economic Forum will be held in Davos, Switzerland, on January 23-26.
